So apart from AdSense and U-Ads what are the best advertising networks that pay for impressions as well as clicks?

Here are a few you can try:

Bitmedia.io: They pay rather high rates compared to other ad networks, runs on a PPC system.
A-ads.com: Known as Anonymous Ads, they pay without fail on a pay per view system. Payouts are lower compared to bitmedia, but Anonymous Ads is convenient, no approval process.
Mellowads.com: Mellow Ads pays both CPC and CPM. Good for beginner sites, a pretty good payout.

I think you are talking about a-ads rather than u-ads.

Other option could be blockadz good for CPM and bitmedia.io good for CPC. Choice is yours..

Blockadz pays very low amounts, but better than nothing, i see it like a "bonus income". In my opinion it's better when faucet owner uses all possible advertise networks. So he can offer better rewards for users and increase the site members number.

CPM ads are very important, because most people don't click on ads or don't have interest on it.

Here you can choose your own min rates, their ads are only texts so it doesn't hurt the users,  but sometimes it misses users eye.

Also, are you looking for traditional banner/PPC ads or into the PTC industry? If it's the PTC world, the prices will be much lower (and lower conversions too, generally speaking). Try something like Bitter.io or BitsforClicks for that.

Because Adsense can banned you at any time.

Well, just use 3 ads on page and maybe they won't ban you. Don't forget to add some articles content.

And if even so they still ban, you can earn some bucks in this middle time.
