Yea I know any user based rating system that allow multiple accounts can be manipulated. 
I am not trying to compete with btcjam. I am offering a different services for member of my new site, this was just one of the modules that I know works. For the lender that wants to remain hidden btcjam is great for that, but for someone wanting to offer a line of credit I have the system that can do that.
