MSB license for local trading?

Hello all, Been into bitcoin for awhile now and the opportunity to make the transition into a trader is looking promising. I have been looking for a few days and still can't wrap my head around what licensing would be required if I was to trade less than 1,000$ per customer per day? The requirements to be considered an MSB are over 1k per day to an individual and i cant piece together all of the steps that I would need to take. I fundamentally believe in the power of bitcoin and want to do my part. Thanks for any input!
