What is the best pool on mining Ethereum?

In ordinary PC? Can i mine eth on cgminer?

I have future plans of optimize mining rig on eth...

There are many good pools. Etherpool.org and Dwarfpool.com are good. But Dwarfpool.com has a lot hashing already.
