$15+/hour? Why wouldn't you just do it on a per job basis? I'm going to be looking for a designer soon, but I'm not prepared to pay up to $30 for a logo based on how long you say it took you. Are you open to flat-rate offers as well?
I am not opposed to flat rates, but the reason I do hourly, is because the amount of time a project can take varies wildly. There are pros and cons to both hourly and flat rates, for both you and me. I would never charge
you more hours than what I worked, I think my many happy customers is proof of that.
