That doesn't have to be against the forum rules,its a general rule in Life,if you sell something someone has developed without exclusive resell licences ,its a punishable offence.If the accusation is proved,he deserves a negative feedback indeed.But the original owner of the script should comment here for it to be a strong accusation.

Yes, hence what I wrote in the 2nd part of my post.  I was mentioning this because, as you probably know, scamming is allowed here on the forum.  So there is a chance no one will care enough to actually do anything about it.

scams are not moderated. you could just call it different like The Pharmacist did.
