I sold some mrai coins and buyer paid me . but i was about to sell more but when i look at block explore nothing showing on my balance. can you check guy is this fake transaction or not? when i search hash on blockchain its showing

There is no such thing as a "fake transaction". What happened is that the transaction is not final, meaning the nsequence field of an input is not 0xffffffff. This means that the transaction opts-into RBF so it could be replaced while the transaction is unconfirmed. The best thing for you to do is to wait for it to receive one confirmation before continuing to do anything else with this person.
