Need help with ASICMiner Cube!

Hi guys. 

I bought an ASICMiner Cube (30+ GH/s) and I'm having some trouble with it.  I was getting straight X's so I started testing the boards 1 by 1. 

When I insert 1 board, I get all O's.  Two or three boards, no problem.  But the 4th board I start getting X's across half the last board.  Then finally the 5th board I get all X's.

Any idea what's going on?  I have a new Corsair TX650M which should have more than enough power (+12V @ 54A).
