Telegram is a great place to join communities and also to be notified of news and potential moves that could play out with certain coins that you should be aware of. I want to build a good resource list for people to join good and trusted groups to ensure that you get the right information.

Please be aware that in some chat communities phishing attempts will happen, so do not open a suspicious link from someone you do not know.

To be honest I do not really like to join any telegram groups related to trading, no matter it is just a general discussion or something like trading signal groups. Especially those which has so many members, I have one experienced joining one telegram group about trading and it did not give me anything as the group is just full of spam unimportant message. Too many messages every single minute and makes me confuse to read. So I decided to stop joining telegram group, I prefer to find other resources for trading purposes since that time.

Telegram group is full of spam. You will constantly see a notification coming from those groups. Based on experience it is not advisable to join telegram groups especially if it is related to cryptocurrency.

So how did you get those groups?
How reliable are they?

Last time I was using Telegram it was full of pump and dump groups, wannabe pro traders, spammer who add people to random groups and scammers.
I just decided to delete the app.

I know Bravado and Whalebot alerts. Bravado provides some insights and strategy about long or mid-term strategies imo. As usual, it is only an opinion and they can give you false insight too. My best suggestion if you follow channel or group in Telegram is don't follow one channel only, follow multiple and crosscheck their info or opinion. The truth usually lies somewhere in between their opinion.

Yes, telegram chat is always full of spam and it bores me a lot, I rather register on a website that is related to trading and get any information related to trading from there instead of hoping to get information from a telegram group that might turn out to becoming a spam group or channel for users.

I am not against telegram because I use telegram for all my chat because I believe it is anonymous and that's why the blockchain was created but I don't like joining telegram groups or channels because most of them are spam zone for members and bot.

I personally depend less on telegram because of the spam it carries on it's boat. No doubt that Telegram has millions of active people who actively communicate with other crypto enthusiasts through various channels and groups but at the same time there are thousands of people who get scammed through Telegram everyday. It's like if you join a crypto related group one day, the next day you will find yourself in more groups out of nowhere. I have myself encountered several scammers but was fortunate to identify every scammer quickly. While Telegram has many positives, it has equal amount of negative which is why I prefer to use it less.

You cant blame people yet we have seen thousands or most groups are just tended for shills/spam and whatsoever thats why people would normally react and presume things as it is.
Pump and dump groups are rampant on telegram and even some of them do ask for subscription which is a total trash but well the thing you do said is true, if people dont like
to join up these groups then better ignore and move on.
