ofcourse i do invest in other crypto currencies there are a lot of them that are super profitable, and a lot more profitable than bitcoin from time to time. for example if you look at the bitcoin price you'll see that it has been so stable lately but there are altcoins that has gone up and then down 100%, 200% multiple times.

that's much better, might be a good idea for now bitcoin price was stable and fluctuating up so it is a good idea for you to stick on it while you are still not familiar with other crypto/alt good luck to you again.

That seems risky. I'm still getting over the fact that bitcoins have value. I was always against it and now seeing as more are accepting it as payment and looking at the benefits. Too bad no where to invest it though without being scammed.

Well you're posting in the altcoin section here, so of course people own alts. At present I own none but I have owned dash doge and eth, and that's about it. I haven't ruled out owning them in the future, but right now I need to be in fiat.

Just wait for my coins prices to go up a bit from when I bought it, then I will start selling it and hunt another altcoins that looks cheap to buy some of it in the hope they will increase and I can trade it again and again.

Besides my litecoins I'm thinking about investing a little into ethereum. First I thought it would be a bubble. Now I think it's a big bubble that could last a longer time.

yeah, in Ethereum, the price for it is going to decrease but I do not hate it, I like it to go a little more down so that I can buy 1 ETH with about $1, and after that I will wish that the price increase to much height.

I'm not "investing" in alts. I'm gambling with those . Many people here doesn't seem to realize that 90% of the alts have no real value apart from some immaginary value established by the miners, traders and fanclubs. The remaining 10% have some value, because of traditions, inventions/usefulness and very rarely because of real word exposure. If you "investing" money in something can be considered as "game chips" in hopes of making a profit that's exactly like playing in a casino. "Invest" accordingly .

I've heard a lot about bitcoin in the past and just recently bought some and I do faucets for fun too. My question is anyone investing in other crypto currency like lite coin. If so, why and is it worth it Litecoin is old technology, it's not offering something new any more. If you want to invest another cryptocoin you should check out Bitcoin 2.0 projects such as WAVES. They are promising a lot of things, decentralized crowdfunding, asset to asset sharing etc. really technological improvements.

Yeah, nobody is even CLOSE to doing anything as technologically futuristic as what Waves is promising: DECENTRALIZED CROWDFUNDING! - You can actually design your own crypto equity (THIS CHANGES EVERYTHING!) ASSET TO ASSET SHARING!! - again game changing period. https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1435482.0(more waves reading material) The hottest coins in the world are those that have not launched (IOTA,Lisk, and now Waves). All three of which are now trading!

I invest in other alt's but not in the long term. I like to follow some coin with low price and when is moment to buy wait for rise and sell when I think its my time. I know long term have some advantages but I like this way and its how I learn to trade. Is it worth it? Yes. Example: Two days ago I bought BERN on 145 sat. today I sold it on 760 sat. Bern was on 999 high today and 15 minutes ago when I check it was around 400 sat. I earn nice amount from that now I will think is it smart to try again with BERN or to move to some other coin. There is few interesting coins you can play with, its bit risky I know but its fun. I wish you good luck with alt coins.
