If all tickets are sold the total BTC will be: 12.8 BTC. Total payout of prices: 12.7 BTC, the remaining 0.1BTC will be send to me, WTTBS, for all my spend time and effort.

How to join the lottery and the rules:

1 ) Send 0.05BTC to the Lottery payment address and post in a reply in this topic:
  - TXID of the 0.05BTC transaction
  - your guess number BTC of Transaction Fees of block 420000 , format: x.xxxxxxxx
  bases on time/date of your reply in this topic you will get a ticket number assigned, you can not reserve a specific ticket number.

2 ) ONLY send 0.05BTC in 1 (ONE) transaction and NO MULTIPLE entries in 1 (one) transaction

3 ) if you want more tickets, send multiple transactions and post for each (0.05BTC)transaction the TXID and your guess Transaction Fees of block 420000

4 ) Block 420000 will be Block Halving Block 25BTC -> 12.5BTC

5 ) the last 2 (TWO) digits of the HASH of block 420000 will determine the winner of 1st Price

6 ) correct/closest number BTC of Transaction Fees of block 420000, if there is more than one winner with correct of closest the member with lowest ticketnumber will win. Format of number of BTC: 8 digits after . (decimal) accurate.

7 ) Winners will get paid to the address he/she send from based on their TXID. Winners will be contacted by PM to verify TXID and payout address. Payouts will be published in this topic.

8 ) You can buy ticket(s) up until block 419500 (can’t tell the exact date), payments send for tickets after block 419500 will be invalid and refunded.

9 ) Lottery will only payout prices when all 256 tickets are sold! If not all 256 tickets are sold every entry/ticket will be refunded and send to the address in the corresponding TXID.

10) The only correct and valid payment of 1 (one) lottery ticket is 0.05BTC. Incorrect payments will be considered a DONATION and will be transferred to a separate address (19DuPjzZFPQwnxMahGpmafaxtWgKWPaq2t) and the BTC will be donated to a good cause. Incorrect payments > 0.5 BTC will be refunded after contact with the sender.

11) Me, WTTBS, can not be held responsible/liable for loss of any BTC.
