Put your Deleted Posts here in this thread, so we can see who is deleting what. There needs to be some political cost for deleting posts.

I'll start with one. Try to remember to insert the link to the OP of the thread from whence it was deleted, which also implicates/identifies the control freak creator of the thread who deleted it. Let's disrupt their orderly orderliness addiction.

Is that F'ETHing not yet at 0 yet.

- myself

Btw, after I posted this, I got a PM and replied:

by the threads rule you cannot quote yourself sorry i had to delete it.

Silly rules are made to be broken.

I didnt even saw your thread, PMs are not instantaeous  Roll Eyes

Hey laugh it off. I didn't read your OP with the red text restrictions. I am not even sure if you didn't add those after I posted. But in any case, the restriction against quoting yourself seems arbitrary. But any way it is your thread. So I am just documenting it here. You should feel okay to stick by your rules if you want.

Btw, nothing worth getting amped feelings. Cheers bro.  Grin

I'm hoping to see this thread filled up with all the Deleted Posts from Monero Speculation thread and other circle-jerk threads.

IMO, it would be much better if BCT had an automatic user controllable feature to toggle the display of self-moderated deleted posts for every such thread, so the user decides what he/she sees. This way the self-moderator can clean the thread for those who want, but does not have Hitler control over discussion. Then we don't have all that pile up in our PM inbox.

It is very unfair (also counter productive) to give such asymmetric power to the thread creator. There should be a countervailing force as well.

Please try to get Theymos to adopt such a feature. But we know he never adds any new features to this forum. Cheapskate.

I say this knowing I'd want a self-moderated thread in some cases, and I would support the above suggestion for my self-moderated threads.

Decentralized forum, perhaps?

That is a better idea to give the life of deleted posts from the self moderated threads, with that as you said we will see that who is deleting what. and so after that the self moderated OPs will take care while deleting any posts, sometimes i see that a moderator delete all those posts which is not bad at there and for the support of member but unwanted for the OP.
