Optimized QtMiner (3-5% extra mhs) [ETH]

I've optimized qtminer to reduce invalid shares to 0 (aside from possibly one invalid when it first starts), and for a slight boost in hashrate (I'm getting between 3-5% extra mhs). I've also reduced the ping rate from 30s to 15s because I noticed the original qtminer would occasionally hang at "Waiting for work package" (I would have lowered it further, but I don't want to overload dr_pra's servers!). I have only tested this myself on Ubuntu 15.10 so far, and if it gets positive feedback, I'll compile it for other Ubuntu versions (if it doesn't already work for other versions) and for Windows. I'm not sure if it works with other pools, but it definitely works with ethpool/ethermine. Please leave any feedback below. I will also be publishing the source code shortly on github. Once this all gets sorted out, I'll move on to making similar improvements with ethminer.

-Added binary for windows.

worked for about 20 seconds, and stopped. While working, cards constantly switched between 3d and 2d mode, than eventually mining stopped . Reported speed was little higher, but with lot of 0 Mh/s shares. windows 7 x64. Tried few times more, and it is the same.

You should becareful with this miner because the source code isn't verified, there is a good chance its a virus.

The original dev, should post this miner here or on his website but not as a newbie.

Source code please.  And if you publish build steps that would be amazing.  Many people struggled with compiling qtminer.

Reorganized folder. New links below. Skeptical commenters: either use it or don't. I'll get around to publishing the source when I can. It's good to be skeptical. Just know that if you make wild accusations, I might be inclined to not share any of my future work. I have thick skin though, so really, do what you want.

Also, who is the original author? There are some features I'd still like to implement in addition to other optimizations (e.g., failover ethpool/ethermine urls, local proxy for machines connected to same network, possibly a configuration file to replace command line args, to name a few).
