According to Kim Dotcom's Twitter account, Mega will now be accepting bitcoins. https://twitter.com/KimDotcom/status/302844443223023616

I've looked at the payment options on mega.co.nz and all I see it paypal so far. Is it some other site?

I see now. There are multiple resellers for the Mega service. And the newest one, Bitvoucher, accepts bitcoins as payment. https://bitvoucher.co/
