Hello, I am looking in investing into btc as the prices begin to raise, noone on local bitcoins is in the area and the only ones 45 miles away keep coming up with excuses why they can't meet and still have 0 transaction history. I am looking on purchasing 1000$ worth, but locally. Let me know if anyone can accommodate.
