im not an expert on this. They're USA cards so, idk what the difference or rules are about uploading to a Europe account. I'd double check this before buying

I am sorry, I can not buy cards for USA since I have an Europe account.
If it is posisble to fake the account location, please tell me so I can buy cheap.
