Google translate:

Amount: 0.25 BTC
Payments: 2 monthly payments of 0.15 BTC:
Total gain: 20%
Collateral: 2 antennas Nanoloco Station m5 13 dBi (Maracaibo, Venezuela)

This loan is to accommodate a small electric power plant that urgently need because all my businesses rely on electricity. In Venezuela we are going through a severe electricity rationing between 4  and 8 hours. I have several businesses, cybercafe (rental of computers for Internet use), an ice cream shop, buying and selling bitcoins. That all depends on electricity and could not solve this problem very quickly go bankrupt.

I hope there is some scrow in Maracaibo or the reputation of localbitcoin help.  https://localbitcoins.com/accounts/profile/juliopb1982/

Ganancia total: 20%

In Collateral I Trust.

And your collateral, if approved, will be sent to the lender or trusted escrow? You pay shipping there and back once loan is repaid.

When the subject of buying BTC with Paypal comes up, I often remember this:

Insanity: doing the same thing over and over again and expecting different results.

I hand it over to an escrow according to the rules(legendary or hero member), or if the lender is a leyendary or hero could send direct. But I Venezuela the cost of sending or receiving a foreigner would overcome the loan itself. So I ask if there is any venezuelan escrow preferably from the city of Maracaibo. If the shipment is in Venezuela I assume the cost of shipping and return of the collateral.
