Allows numerous threads about Eth. I think I counted atleast thirteen at one time.

But deletes a thread calling it spam that details Ixcoin riseing from the ashes.

Should this be in meta?  But in any case how many current topics are needed for ixcoin?  Probably not greater than one.  Eth could probably get away with more than one, but definitely not 13.
