I want what you can give. Each for $5 or lower. Please help. None of them should have signature campaign or negative feedback or a negative reputation in general.

Please also teach me how to make sure all of my account sellers actually are telling the truth that the account isn't registered to any campaign. What trusted escrows can I use for this?

$5 seems a little low for a member account.  I think it's going to be more like $10 to $15.
