I have some bitcoin in my localbitcoin and as BCH is forked from BTC I am supposed to get BCH.

But localbitcoins doesnt support BCH and they do not have private key of my BTC address as well?

How can I get BCH now? Can I transfer these bitcoins to some other wallet which provides private key and then can I get BCH?

Is the BCH associated with the bitcoins I have or it is with the address where I have the bitcoin?

Only localbitcoins can provide you your BCH. If they don't have a plan to issued it then you can't claim your BCH. Without private key you can't claim your BCH.

It's a wide announcement before August 1st to store bitcoins on a wallet where you hold your private keys so you can't blame localbitcoins here.

If they're refusing to provide you with BCH or equivalent FIAT value, they are stealing from you.  They 100% have access to this currency and it should be available to you as the owner.

With BCH running at roughly 20% of BTC's value, you're losing a lot if you can't get access to your property.

The support's answer is basically: "We've stolen your BCH, but you cannot do anything about it. So fu** off, we don't care."

The interesting thing is that the only announcement they've made regarding this issue (https://localbitcoins.com/blog/bitcoin-aug1-hf/ ) says that they will support both chains in case of fork. But now they say that this announcement was strictly regarding BIP 91, which didn't work. What worked was BIP148 and they don't care.

Try service like https://iancoleman.github.io they have some features that can be used to display any btc address private key.

Be sure to use it on a safe computer (safe = offline and preferably your own device).

You can get the private key for your address at localbitcoin then transfer the private key to the wallet that supports BCH.
