Will we see auctions for exploits of various software from unknown researchers?
Researchers who previously would have been persecuted by their industry for such practice. Researchers which maybe would get a bad reputation by doing this the normal way.
Will we see bidding on source code for special techniques which have malicious intention?
Will this increase or decrease our overall security?
We can see that some grey-hat companies are heading towards Bitcoin because their payment processor doesn't accept their business. For instance bshades.eu, worldwiredlabs.com, hackforums.net, phrack.org.
I believe that Bitcoin is good in the sense that it provides a medium of exchange without the supervision of anyone. Just plain old free trade. I think it is better to have researchers getting paid to do penetration testing regardless of the intention of the buyer.
