Unique in what? Design or the front and backend? If design, what you see on theri website is a default design.
Whatever it is, If you're still looking for a HYIP monitor, you can just purchase one from goldcoders and get it designed as you want or you can also get it modified with custom features. But that would cost you alot.
Back in 2012, one of my online friend spent around $1.5K for script, design and customization.
