Stoploss on poloniex

How do i put stoploss on poloniex?
Do i need to buy and after immidiately put sell order or there is some automatic way?

Also, if i want to change this sell order to different price do i need to cancel existing sell and then put another one or can use move order?
Do you have some pseudo example of moveorder?
