I also would buy at that price but though it seemed like may 9th it may be safe to trade, now it's all just confusing and i don't even know anymore if it's safe so it's definitely the 24th.   
if they release some way for me to validate your holdings , and escrow can check the keys to make sure legit it may work
but i digress, as i stated, i fear it still won't work till the 24th, and i mean at that point midas goto exchange to buy ;p
