What batch is it? Batch one was 300+ Mh/s and 1100 Watts while batch 2 was 400+Mh/s and 1400 Watts... Here's a profitability calculation for batch 2.

a properly functioning Titan Cube use 350 W and more.

3.5 LTC is not a particularly large amount of money,  a little more than 10 euro, depending on the exchange rate.

My Titans  earn me today 0.2 BTC/day and my 120 THs Antminer S7 earn 0.3 BTC/day and spend a lot more power as Titans.

Another way to look at this or as an idea can be gleaned from this LTC calculator (you can also mod the price/diff/etc..fun to run it up to 40 bucks an LTC from back in the day and 'gasp')

www.litecoinpool.org/calc

just thought this also forms a 'benchmark' of what to pay for a Titan and/or how it stacks up to do so with your kwh actual electric rate (with fees/taxes/etc)

using 300mh and say 1200 watts *using Tarky Titan Energy Saving Option" on his 3rd party KNC firmware I get  the following at 14c kwh (my summer rate...winter rate is 10c kwh) and 4c kwh in electric costs ...including fees (6 months it is 14c kwh and winter rates for 6 months it is 10c kwh)

30 days   99.00351563 LTC      396.01 USD Total   120.96 USD   Electric  275.05 USD Profit After Electric

So those 3000 buck Titans on eBay ..with 'shipping" when compared to the  current prices of $4 per LTC ..the above calculations for LTC anyway are a big 'ouch' or say about 11-12 months to ROI with shipping and after electric LTC left.

So the price 'could' pop and pull you out of this by say a couple months..but the odds are still NOT good imho...better to buy cyrpto of BTC and LTC variety and hold imho.

Again going by Ebay prices which are high by say $500 bucks. It is all about Electric. If you have 4c kwh Texas rates and/or say Oregon rates of 3c kwh etc..its a no brainer.

buy....for folk in my price range 'not so clear' unless you can hang on till 0ct and use it to heat your house (like I did last year) or have other angles.

I don't know the OP so use PayPal or escrow imho thou or just 'pick it up' if local. No idea of the price he is asking either. Did send a PM. So unclear on that as well.
