What's going on over at Bitmit.net?

I've been selling some stuff at bitmit.net (http://bitly.com/VIrA2o(ref link, otherwise just go to bitmit.net)) but awhile ago there was some stuff going on and that they had sold the site etc. Now they're having alot of downtime and I've got like 0.5 btc stuck on the site. What's your theory? Are they going to turn to scam or will they try to keep up bitmits reputation?

dont experience downtimes anymore the last weeks.
they had a wave of downtime a month ago.
only have good experiences with them.
helpful on disputes and culant.
