I have been using Quantum script for about an year now, not any additional anti-bot measures, but since it is a custom script you can add many features and most importantly since it requires registration,it cuts down the risk of bot abuse by 90%.

when viewed minifaucet not much different from other script faucet and will probably still be misused by bot.
