Are you sure you downloaded the blockchain and synced the wallet yet?

Where did you buy the bitcoins from, and have you got any digital receipts from the vendor?

i think you made a mistake in the date, i think you actually bought them 25th of april 2016.
First make a backup of your wallet.

I assume you already have a shortcut to your bitcoin-qt.exe on your desktop, rightclick on it and press "properties"
At "target" of shortcut you add the following commandline option " -rescan"

example:

C:\Bitcoin\bitcoin-qt.exe -rescan

Start your shortcut
If that doesn't help try " -reindex" instead of " -rescan"

example:

C:\Bitcoin\bitcoin-qt.exe -reindex

They're already in your wallet, apply the steps mentioned above and once the wallet is synced, you'll see them in your wallet. Another solution is exporting your key out of the Core and sweep the funds into SPV based client such as Electrum, which wouldn't require you to download huge blockchain file.

Tutorials to help your achieve that:
http://bitcoin.stackexchange.com/questions/4203/how-can-i-export-the-private-key-for-an-address-from-the-satoshi-client
http://docs.electrum.org/en/latest/faq.html#can-i-sweep-private-keys-from-other-bitcoin-clients
*Make sure to take back up of your seed before doing above steps.

I thinks this is the problem...

But...

Today is another problem:
When i start Bitcoin application, it is opening and shows that is loading block index and after 2 seconds the app is closing...

how to fix that?!

My OS is Kali Linux 2016.1
