hey guys i have a good balance there and almost a month trying to withdraw, always getting the message that faucet has not enough balance.

It has been more than a month since both of their faucets are dry, Xbtc and ifaucet.

Contact them.  That long and still not withdrawal, then I would say there isn't much of a chance of getting paid.
