Seriously, I do not understand you. Could you please answer to the following two questions very clearly, so I can understand:

1. Why are you writing such a bad English?

2. Why do you not understand that it is technically impossible to "refund" coins once they are stolen?

I think it's probably better if you contact somebody from your local subforum with better english skills and a sufficiently high rank to help you formulate a proper scam accusation... I don't think an accusation like this will work i'm afraid.

This report is about npuBeT (im guessing this guy https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=profile;u=810203).... got scammed out of 150m espcoin and still havent received my btc.... the man(npuBeT), has no wits to post anything because he scammed me... he and his family will face some big losses in this coming days....god watches everything (not really a godly person my self though) ... you make me very sad... refund my 150m espcoin or send me the agreed upon btc... you scammed me...god watches you?
