Hello! I'm Michael Tringali 22 years old
I'm an Italian 22 year old, self-motivated and sunny-personality man. I have a Diploma in Tourism Studies .I have 3 years experience in a travel agency in customer service and reception sector ; 8 years as Technical support agent for Desktop/Laptop PC's  I speak and write English, French and Spanish fluently (Native Italian language , German and Maltese at fluent level) ; my skills also include experience with computer and IT skills with  Windows and Ubuntu Linux OS (skills about using Office productivity suites like Libreoffice/MS Office, and related programs includes Ubuntu Terminal command-line and Website X5 used to design websites; good knowledge of SAGE/Brilliant/ Galileo/Opera/IATA systems. Knowledge of Linux Distributions for data recovery and virus removal on Laptops and Desktop PC's; Knowledge of Windows Task Manager and VOIP infrastructures   ) This would be my second work experience because I'm unemployed. I hope to be the ideal person for this job because i hope to get involved and play a strong role to increase my working skills
