I don't know what you mean by "safe." Do you mean Security safety? Do you mean Privacy safety? Do you mean Exchanging safety? Do you mean if the website has malwares or viruses? It's not, don't worry. If you mean exchanging a payment processor with another on the site, it seems to be reliable and trusted (as reviews hold, I don't use it myself).
