It's great that they are more than interested in using the block chain technology, but it will always be from within the organization itself. But then again, I can't really expect governments to use a block chain where their citizens can get the most benefits from. It means they will lose control over their system which translates into them making less money from their people.

Of course they do, if they do not they will be left behind.  Still don't understand how banks and governments are so fired up about the blockchain yet shame bitcoin ...it is where it comes from.
