I'd like to find someone who can make a price quote for me to make a project. Here are the basics:

- Looking for a website
- Users will be able to create a "listing" sort of thing where they choose eight options from a variety of choices (I can explain in detail via PM)
- Once they post the listing, people will be able to rate the listing out of, say, 5 stars and comment something on it
- The ratings will be publicly shown on the listing
