maybe because you didnt place right basebet when you tried running your bot oin betking.io? or you should update your dicebot i think, because seunjti already answered like this question too on betking.io thread,

There was a small misunderstanding on my part about how the delays work at betking that can result in the bets not going through and displaying the "failed to place bet after 3 retries" message. Simply enable your bot speed and set it to one of these values according to the table below:
minimum bet bet speed
<0.00000100 1 bet/s
>0.00000100 1.25 bet/s
>0.00001 2 bet/s
>0.0001 5 bet/s
>0.001 disable bet speed
are you gonna to do a hotfix for this issue or do we've to wait for the next version? (don't want to hurry you, its just a question)
I don't know, it looks like there's something else causing a problem as well. If I can easily diagnose it, i'll do a hotfix thingy
