Crypto currency in Ukraine: current state of affairs and prospects

In accordance with Letter No. 29-208 / 72889 of the National Bank of Ukraine dated 08.12.2014 regarding operations with Bitcoin virtual currency / crypto currency and referring them to foreign exchange trading, the right to credit foreign currency received from the sale of bitcoins abroad has only specially authorized banking institutions.
