btcjam paypal issue

 hi i have a verified paypal account but anytime ive tried to link it to my btcjam account it asks me to log in,allow access etc. when i do this i just get returned to the dashboard with a message saying "i am already signed in" but my credit rating isnt updated with my paypal being verified. Am i missing something?
