Ty mate but i had little chat with Coinizy CEO and he told me that is still not possible to transfer money from paypal to coinizy card, so i need some other solution.

No , not in this way... But it's possible to transfert your bitcoin to paypal as well.. Wich could be cool ..

I'm using spectrocoin right now. There have been minor problems such as authentication email when loading isn't received until more than 30 seconds have passed(not sure if this is an isolated incident), but other then that it works.

I'm pretty sure your best bet on this one is e-coin.io, or bit-x.com.

Both of them are pretty trustworthy. I've personally used e-coin, and they are pretty excellent. I suggest you try them as well.

As far as bit-x goes, they are pretty good as well. Haven't tried them myself, but they seem to be trustworthy.

I honestly think that the bit-x card is one of the best and after that the e-coin card although I never used the last one.
E-coin can be good but I also heard some bad things about them.
