Is it possible to upgrade the RAM and CPU allocations to the VPS later ? What are the prices for additional CPU or per 1GB RAM?

Upgrade RAM no problem (1GB 1.50 euro per month), but cpu core is bit pricey, cause i need to give up a spot. Bandwidth is FUP, but as for now nobody broke it yet. Non cap means full speed.
