Hi,

I get this message on the status bar. When I pick the plugin option, the dropdown menu is empty for all exchanges, why?
I did disabled eset total security 7 on windoze 7 to see if the ports where somehow blocked, but its not apparently related to that.

Any help would be appreciated, as multibit just stopped working this week (same issue, it cannot read anymore exchange sources) so I am moving over my bitcoins to an alternative wallet.

I also experienced this problem one week ago and today I have the solution. In my case, Electrum can't access the exchanger server because I enable proxy server in the Windows settings. So, I list the exchanger IP into the whitelist. And it works for me.
