It's pretty clear there is people willing to do what it takes to take advantage of another person. The tips are good below:
If someone is selling a wallet, most likely they are scamming you.
Have them send the coins to an address you own, otherwise you'll either get sent a wallet with 0 bitcoins, a virus, or a wallet that has bitcoins in it but becuase they have control of it too, they'll send the coins somewhere else as soon as you pay.
I can't fathom why any one would sell you a wallet instead of sending you the coins, but I'd love to hear their "excuse".
