Help with Bitstamp and Ripple problem

Hi, I send 2.5 BTC to bitstamp a while ago, via Ripple, but I have not received the BTCs in the account   And Bitstamp support don't respond for the moment. Any help? Anything I can do?   Thanks!

support = It is night-time in Europe now and they tend to answer during their daytime, from what I've seen.
Your BTC = They have been "working on it" and hopefully will be fixed soon, so far it has taken much, much longer than I would have expected.

Same problem here. I got this from support yesterday:

Thank you for contacting us regarding this matter. Some transfers were delayed due to technical problems which were later resolved. Therefore all deposits were processed with slight delay.

I am *still* waiting for my deposit. Not reassuring.

There is no reason to worry as your transfer it is probably just stuck somewhere.
