Hi, I send 2.5 BTC to bitstamp a while ago, via Ripple, but I have not received the BTCs in the account   Sad And Bitstamp support don't respond for the moment. Any help? Anything I can do?  Huh Thanks!

support = It is night-time in Europe now and they tend to answer during their daytime, from what I've seen.
Your BTC = They have been "working on it" and hopefully will be fixed soon, so far it has taken much, much longer than I would have expected.

Same problem here. I got this from support yesterday:

Thank you for contacting us regarding this matter. Some transfers were delayed due to technical problems which were later resolved. Therefore all deposits were processed with slight delay.

I am *still* waiting for my deposit. Not reassuring.

I wish they would tell the whole truth soon and/or fix it now.

Hi,

Thank you for contacting us regarding this matter.

Please allow us to check what happened. In order to do that quicker I am kindly asking you to provide us with ripple address where you send Bitcoins from.

There is no reason to worry as your transfer it is probably just stuck somewhere.

Still waiting too...

Mine has been 3 days, so maybe there is reason to worry.
