Who are we?We are Bitcoin Embassy Helsinki, located on Eerikinkatu 33, Helsinki, Finland. (check our website below for exact location on map)
We're aiming to create a community of Bitcoin enthusiasts here in Helsinki, by arranging Bitcoin related events, providing information and resources to both newbies and enthusiasts, offering exchanging services and uniting it all in one single place.
We just recently had our official re-launch party on Friday, 27th of May, and we had a great time with more than 40 visitors to the Embassy!
With the relaunch we've also now launched our new OTC exchanging service!
This makes us the very first in Finland to offer live daily OTC trading services between BTC and cash. Our services:- Bitcoin events in the Embassy 3-4 days EVERY WEEK
- Resources, information and advice on Bitcoin and how to use it in Finland
- Meet many others interested in Bitcoin!
- Exchange your Bitcoins for cash, or cash for bitcoins - at very low fees and many other benefits!
Compared to Bitcoin ATM's, we offer better user experience (no more dealing with pesky ATM's!), much lower fees (0%-2% instead of 7%+), faster support and better liquidity (no more out of stock ATM's!).
