There is a couple things they could be doing: They sell imaginary Waves coins when fools pump the price to the sky (since the buyers can't cash out yet), and then they go ahead and buy the Waves they owe people at a massive discount, when it's actually on sale.

Or mentioned earlier, they could simply have bought ICO coins and sell them when they see they are in profit.

Don't fall for Yobit's scams.
