Why can't you stream video over VPN?
Indeed you can, but as the VPN (Virtual Private Network) server encrypts and decrypts incoming and outgoing data, the connection becomes slower. For streaming you should use DNS-proxy which operates less securely, but faster.

I am ready to give 1 server for 30 days with 1TB traffic limit to several respected forum members to convince that it ain't a scam.

Let me explain my pricing.

For Netflix you should use DNS-proxy which is only $8 per month. It does not encrypt/decrypt your Netflix traffic thus is faster. You actually do not need encryption to watch Netflix because there ain't sensitive data there.

For secure browsing (bank sites, e-commerce) you should use VPN. It is slower, but secure and costs also $8 per month.

All servers are operating fast because they're not excessively loaded with connections. The latter happens with a lot of people who buy DNS-proxy and VPNs from regular providers.
