Should Bitcoin become more like Ethereum? Do we need more features?, Smart Contracts, Solidity, Ethereum Virtual Machine etc. etc.

I have to say the Mist client is feature-packed and extremely impressive

Up until now, I had always been under the impression that all altcoins will fail in the long-term and only Bitcoin will prevail, but Ethereum seems like it's here to stay, ETH's market cap is over 1 billion dollars and on several occasions 24-hour volume has actually surpassed Bitcoin's
I honestly feel this may be the only way to stop Ether, don't get me wrong though, I love altcoins for a quick pump & dump Wink
