we are updating from it (nothing new in ~2 months) but the network does not seem responsive.
Can anyone help us test or recommend the correct git source ?

Also is terracon still under attack, what was the end result of that fiasco ?

Can't help with much other than: That is the correct git according to http://terracoin.org/ (Bottom, under source code).
