paying paypal i think is risky better to use bitcoin as payment and use escrow here so that someone can get this job.. honestly they are afraid of reverse payment in paypal.. and you are also a newbie.. i can make faucet and rotator but the problem you are newbie and you are paying skrill or paypal that can reverse the p[ayment..

Yeah an escrow give both parties security that they will get what they want.
