Is it too big of a risk to give him 0.4 bitcoin or do you think i will get the money back, is it many scammers on btcjam?
I have only 0.70865798 BTC and I want to have a hole bitcoin before it is to late.

and how many posts do you have to have to get out of newbie jail?

Without even looking at the listing: Yes. it's not worth risking more than half your current bitcoin stash.

Having now looked at it: Definitely not. Borrower has no rep, no feedback, only Paypal verification, etc, just a vague "website idea". Lots of red flags. Run, don't walk, away from this listing.
