ethereum mining help

hi

can you guys pls help me with this.

ive been trying to gpu mine ethereum using pools. on my side it looks like its mining,generates the dag file etc and shows me hashing at around 17mh. but on the pool side it shows nothing. as tho im not mining at all. ive left it runing for a few hours and still nothing, ive deleted the dag file and redone it, but it still wont show up on the pool side.  ive tried it at dwarf pool,nano pool, and ethereumpool.co and they all do the same.  im using ubuntu server 15.10.  as a last resort iv started downloading the blockchain and going to try that way. im still in the process of downloading that tho.  What am i doing wrong pls guys? thanks
